A sprinkle of all your favorites in one box. This box comes with an assortment of roasts, steaks, and ground beef. 

Box Breakdown: 2 (2-3lb) roast + 3-5lbs worth steaks + 5-6lbs ground beef

Steaks: Ribeye, Sirloin, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Chuck, KC Strips, Cube, Skirt, Sirloin Tip, Flank

Ground Beef: 1lb packages (85/15)  

Roasts: Arm, Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip

Select a subscription plan interval that suits your needs best! All subscription plans are set up as "pay as you go auto-renewal" plans. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. 

You can request which cuts you prefer. We always try our best to provide you with your requests but know that based off of inventory, weight, or other factors, sometimes preferences can not be fulfilled exactly as requested. We will always work with you to ensure you are satisfied!

This box can be customized each time based on what we have in inventory and what preferences you have. We will contact you prior to the delivery dates with the cuts your box will contain and ask if you want to make any changes.

Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days to achieve optimal tenderness. All LF beef is grass-fed and grain-finished to optimize marbling in every cut. We raise every cut of beef from birth to finish. We sell out of premium steaks very quickly. Signing up for a subscription plan, is the best way to ensure you get what you want year round. Each box is custom packed just for you, and we are happy to make substitutions when requested.

Subscription plans are limited to local delivery regions at this time. We offer FREE local delivery to the Columbia & Northeast, MO regions.

Shipping & Delivery

Food Shipping:

We utilize Styrofoam coolers properly packed with commercial grade frozen gel packs to guarantee your shipments will arrive in wholesome condition. You should expect all of your meat to be cold when it arrives to you. We cannot guarantee that all meat remains completely frozen during shipping.

Orders will be shipped on Mondays. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us, we are willing to work with you. All food orders will be shipped FedEx via 2 day shipping. 

You will be notified when your order is shipped and a tracking number is generated.

Latimer Farms is not liable for any stolen, damaged, or lost packages once they leave our hands. 

 

Food Delivery:

We currently offer free delivery to Columbia, MO and the Hunnewell, MO area. If you are curious if you qualify for free delivery, contact us. 

Turnaround Times

Meat Turnaround Times:

All orders ship in the order they are received. Please allow 1-5 business days to process and ship your order. When your order is packaged you will receive an email with the tracking information.

If you need something sooner or would like an exact quote of handling/production times please let us know. Rush orders are available upon request for an additional nonrefundable fee.

Apparel & Accessories Turnaround Times:

Latimer Farms Beef works directly with a third party company allowing us to offer various styles, sizes, and colors to help improve your shopping experience. As soon as you purchase an item from Latimer Farms Beef, it is immediately sent to the third party company and the production of your order begins. Once completed, they will ship your items directly to you; therefore, our hands will never physically touch your apparel order.

Each product is made special for you as soon as you place an order. As a result, please allow extra time for your orders to be processed and shipped. 

Our third party turnaround time is approximately 2-7 days for production, not including the United States Postal Service's time to transport your package. Additionally, no returns are accepted as all sizing information is included in each listing. 

Art Turnaround Times:

Pre-made art pieces will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for all custom made-to-order art pieces to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when your art piece has been shipped.

Return Policy

Accuracy is of the utmost importance to us. We guarantee you will receive the product you ordered. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you in a timely manner and give you an opportunity to make a substitution.

Food Return Policy:

We utilize Styrofoam coolers properly packed with commercial grade frozen gel packs to guarantee your shipments will arrive in wholesome condition. Unfortunately, given the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are ever unsatisfied with your experience, please contact Latimer Farms Beef immediately to discuss your options. 

Apparel, Accessories & Art Return Policy:

Apparel, Accessories & Art do not qualify for a refund. Some items may have a modified return policy noted on the receipt. Latimer Farms Beef may refuse service to anyone. 

ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes holiday sales and flash sale promotions.
